When placing your Christmas order please ensure you read the instructions on how to personalise your product carefully.

We personalise each ornament exactly how you write it! So, please make sure that you print all the names you would like on your decoration ensuring that the spelling is correct.

If a name is exceptionally long, consisting of more than 7 characters, please show a shortened version or nick name, as some decorations do not allow for longer names due to space restriction.

If in doubt send us a quick email. Unfortunately, if you have spelt a name incorrectly on the order form it cannot be corrected.
